Some of our users have reported difficulties opening their monthly summary using Microsoft Works spread sheet. If you are having problems, try the following:
- Click the link we sent in your monthly summary email.
- Right-click the spread sheet icon then click "Save Target As...".
- A "Save As" window should open. Ensure "Save in" is set to "Desktop" then click the "Save" button.
- Next, close all the windows you have open. You should see the file has been saved to your desktop. Right-click the saved file. Click "Open With -> Choose Program...".
- An "Open With" window should open. We've clicked Microsoft Office Word in our example, but you need to click Microsoft Works Spreadsheet then click the "OK" button.
- Microsoft Works will open the file for you.
