Microsoft Word

If you have Microsoft Office, we recommend using Excel to open your monthly summary. If you'd like to use Word, here's how:

  • Click the link we sent in your monthly summary email.
  • Right-click the spread sheet icon then click "Save Target As...".

  • A "Save As" window should open. Ensure "Save in" is set to "Desktop" then click the "Save" button.

  • Next, close all the windows you have open. You should see the file has been saved to your desktop. Right-click the saved file. Click "Open With -> Choose Program...".

  • An "Open With" window should open. Click Microsoft Office Word then click the "OK" button.

  • Microsoft Word will open the file for you.
